Customer service front desk service was very professional I ate at the restaurant and the food was very delicious the waitress was it very nice ,my room was clean and fresh very sanitized view from my window was beautiful love the lake nice quiet environment.

My husband was in the hospital and the location and proximity to the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly, room was nice. There was a restaurant on site, plus several within walking distance from the hotel.

I like the front desk staff. Even though my reservation through booking.com didn't show up I still got a room with a great view of the river. They didn't honor the booking price but its fine. The bathroom was less than desirable. Very tiny.
